◆ Can I enter without a reservation?

 ⇒ If you call us in advance, we may be able to accommodate you even without a reservation on the day. Please give us a call first!

Weekends and holidays tend to be busy, so we recommend making a reservation or calling as early as possible.

Please note that on weekdays, we may be closed for maintenance.

Contact us by phone or send us a message via Instagram.

◇ Payment Methods

⇒ Payment is accepted by cash, PayPay, or credit card.

A 3% service charge applies for non-cash payments.

◆ How to Make a Reservation

⇒ Please use the reservation button at the top of our website. Reservations are accepted until the day before.

For same-day reservations, please call us.

◇ Cancellations

⇒ Cancellations are accepted until 3:00 PM the day before your reservation.

Please use the “Cancel Here” option at the top right of the reservation screen.

※ Cancellations after this time or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee (¥1,000~ per person) and may result in a refusal of future reservations. Please cancel early and call us.

◇ Changing Your Reservation Time

⇒ Until 3:00 PM the day before, you can cancel and rebook via the reservation form.

After that time, changes can only be made by phone (03-6161-1100).

※ If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your reservation will be considered canceled. Please be sure to contact us if you’ll be late.

※ If you are over 30 minutes late, an additional charge may apply.

◆ Confirming Your Reservation

⇒ A confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking.

You can also confirm via the “Check Reservation Info” option on the top right of the reservation screen.

◆ Nearest Stations

⇒ Shibuya location: About a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station or Omotesando Station.
⇒ Akihabara location: About a 10-minute walk from Akihabara, Suehirocho, or Ochanomizu Stations.

◇ Parking

⇒ We do not have parking available. Please use nearby paid parking lots.

◇ Wheelchair Accessibility

⇒ Wheelchair users are very welcome.

However, the Shibuya location has many steps and is not recommended.

The Akihabara location is more accessible, as long as a small step and narrow spaces near the elevator are manageable.

If you’re unsure, we can send you a video of the store.

◆ Children

⇒ Children are welcome! Play fees are free for children 5 and under.

◇ Wi-Fi & Charging

⇒ Wi-Fi is available!

iPhone and other chargers are available on-site and free to use.

※ We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal electronic devices. Please take care.

◆ Smoking

⇒ To protect our board games and prevent underage smoking, smoking is not allowed inside the store.

※ Smoking on emergency stairs or similar areas is also prohibited as it may disturb neighboring businesses.

You may be asked to leave if found smoking in restricted areas.

◆ Receipts

⇒ We are not registered under the invoice system. While we can issue receipts, they do not include an official registration number.

~ Regarding Private Rentals ~

Rental Fees

⇒ Fees vary by day, time, and package.
Please contact us by phone or through the rental inquiry form with the following:
1. Desired date and time
2. Approximate number of participants
3. Services (e.g., food, all-you-can-drink)
4. Intended use

◆ Decorations

⇒ Free rentals for birthday and event decorations are available.

Please inquire if interested.

However, setup and cleanup must be done by the customer.

※ If bringing your own decorations, take all trash and materials home with you.

※ Decorations that may damage walls (e.g., creating holes) are not allowed. If any damage occurs, repair costs may be charged.

◆ Food and Drink for Rentals

⇒ If you bring food or drinks, please take all trash with you.

Bringing drinks incurs a separate fee.

Please consult us before making a reservation.

◆ Changes to Rental Guest Count

⇒ If your group size increases, please call us.

Refunds are not available if the number of guests decreases.

Additional fees may apply for added guests depending on the plan.

※ For parties over 30 people, the event may be standing-style.

◆ Payment and Cancellation for Rentals

⇒ Rental reservations are confirmed with payment at least two weeks in advance.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash at the store. Credit card payments will include the usual 3% service fee.

To cancel, please call us at least two weeks in advance.

After that, cancellation fees will apply. In case of a refund, a transfer fee plus the following cancellation charges will be deducted:
• 14 to 8 days before: 50% of rental fee
• 7 days to the day of: 100% (non-refundable)

Example: If the rental date is June 30
① June 16–22: 50% cancellation fee
② June 23–30: 100% cancellation fee

◆ Receipts for Rentals

⇒ We are not part of the invoice system. Receipts can be issued, but no registered invoice number will be included.
